Case Management

All cases handled by SOS are recorded and managed in a custom-made, operationally reliable Case Management system. Case handlers, doctors and SOS’ local service offices are able to work on the system online to obtain information and documents from all over the world.

The case system, which is integrated with our telecommunication and knowledge databases, also forms the basis of a number of Internet-based solutions for our clients and suppliers. For example, web services can be used to transfer data directly between SOS’ IT systems and those of our customers.
