SOS Extranet

On the SOS extranet, our customers can track – minute by minute – every case we are dealing with on their behalf, from the moment a case is set up. This makes case processing and financial aspects transparent, for the benefit of our customers.

Via digital case folders, clients can see, for example, the actions and activities SOS has set in motion and the communication that has taken place with policy holders, next-of-kin, hospitals, doctors, repair shops, towing firms and other suppliers or involved parties. The anticipated costs of the case as well as any savings made or claims costs avoided during or after the process can also be monitored.

In addition, statistical information and case data can be output to Excel for customers to structure and analyse themselves.
