Strengthening the cooperation between Assistance Finland and SOS International, the companies today signed a Letter of Intent, formalizing a closer collaboration in offering roadside assistance in Finland, the Nordics and internationally.
The closer ties between the two companies will strengthen SOS International’s position and presence in the Finnish market, and offer Assistance Finland’s local towing professionals access to the growing international motor assistance market.
“This is already a strategic partnership, where we benefit from cross-selling services between existing customers and members” says Karoliina Salo, Managing Director of Assistance Finland Ltd. “Cooperating more closely with SOS International, modern technology will spearhead AF’s market efforts and increased service offers. We are developing and refining our core services looking to employ the type of plug-and-play solutions Finnish and international customers are asking for.”
The two companies are joining forces to offer what Finnish and international customers increasingly are demanding: Nordic solutions; one point of contact; flexible business systems and integrated IT-platforms.
“Increasingly, our customers - mainly insurance companies, car importers and European assistance organizations - are looking for Nordic solutions for their clients” says Anders Söderberg, Executive Vice President of SOS International. “They request one point of contact and ‘gatekeepers’ to secure and guarantee the quality of service to their clients. A closer collaboration with Assistance Finland supports our overall strategy for growth, and is one of the measures we are taking to meet these demands.”
