SOS’ cooperation with suppliers and partners around the world operates in a digital information flow via the online supplier platform Suppliers’ Network. This platform ensures trouble-free data exchange and optimized logistics.
When a case is reported, a number of fields are filled in with the information relevant to SOS in connection with medical assistance. These details are transferred directly into the SOS case system, and we are able to use them immediately in processing the case.
This rapid and effective transmission of information without unnecessary paperwork benefits SOS and our partners alike – and, ultimately, also our customers.
