SOS Service offices

SOS is based in the Nordic region – but we act globally. Around the world, we have more than 20 strategically placed service offices. These are either in countries and territories where we already have a large number of claims cases or where we anticipate that we soon will have.

The office staff speak the local languages as well as English – and at many of our offices, they also speak Scandinavian languages. The primary task of our offices is to create value for SOS’ customers and to give SOS a local presence.

Sound finances with local representation

SOS’ global representation with local service offices brings our customers financial benefits. The office staff provide services to customers who are travelling and take care of tasks that are best and most rapidly dealt with locally. In addition, they keep an eye on local price trends, monitor the market with regard to suppliers and nurture the good contacts SOS already enjoys.

 

The service offices also help review bills from doctors, hospitals and clinics and thus take care of an otherwise expensive part of SOS’ cost control.
